Paperless Operation

  • Logitrail advocates paperless activity by implementing electronic tab for barcode scanning.
  • All the locations and material that is received will be identified and labelled with barcode sticker. Thus, we can identify each material, location, and map both.
  • Once GRN is done and put away activity is initiated. Electronic tab will scan the location and then material that’s put away. This eliminates need of paperwork and gives better control, zero error and minimum manual intervention.
  • The activities where the Barcode scanning with Electronic tab will be used are as follow:
    • Binning
    • Location to location transfer
    • Picking
    • Issue to production
    • Movement to Quarantine area
